Cloud: the Ensuing Advance of Our Time

Cloud Integration is the future for Cybersecurity

Windows 7, a software we have grown up with since 2009 has officially come to an end of software updates as of January 14th, 2020.  Microsoft office 2010 will end its extended support on October 13th, 2010. However, with the fall of the old software programs, will ensue with Microsoft’s new cloud platform.

With 52% of the workforce working from home, and 60% of companies will be using SMB with mobile work, there needs to be a way to access and utilize data from any environment.

Subsequently, security has become a major point to address. 43% of small businesses have experienced some type of data breach. The average costs of these server message block data breaches can reach $120,000. Furthermore, 62% of companies lack the necessary skills within their organization to overcome these security dilemmas.

Microsoft has now created a cloud to counteract the new working facilities, as well as deter cybercriminals. The goal behind the cloud is to collaborate seamlessly while keeping the data secure. It focuses on an offshore of servers that Microsoft handles to keep maximum security on all of a company’s information.

The cloud works well with adjustments to the IT environment. With more mobile devices, and employees working from home, the cloud is self-adjusted with constantly updating firewalls and antivirus protection programs to ensure all employees can work from home with protected data.

Microsoft has deterred 6,500 threat signals every day. With over one billion azure user accounts and 200 global cloud consumer and commercial services, the cloud has become the newest system of innovation.

Their system of digital collaboration, solutions for mobile workers, and expected dispersed resources, cloud-based management has become a necessary innovation for the development of businesses as they expand with increased data collections.
